Why psychosocial counselling, life and social counselling, coaching? … for prevention, prophylaxis and relief

In every life, there are moments when a person feels overwhelmed and at a loss, and can no longer solve their difficulties on their own.

This is about professional counselling and support for people in problem and decision-making situations. It supports people in their personal development processes and serves mental and physical balance.

Unlike psychotherapy, life counselling is not aimed at the sick soul, but rather at the healthy person whose emotional and psychological well-being may be in a phase of imbalance.

Life and social counselling, also known as psychosocial counselling and coaching, is solution- and goal-oriented. Solving a problem and the possibilities for achieving a goal are the focus and are discussed individually together with the clients.

Coaching is…
situational learning with the support of a coach.

We can train our brain like a muscle.
This way, we can consciously take in good and beautiful things and influence our brain positively and overcome negative things.
With the power of our mind, we can change our brain for the better.

As a coach I see myself as a companion for change and open up unfamiliar perspectives for clients. In doing so, I guide them to find solutions themselves and move closer to their goals.

If any blockages arise on the way to the goal, I have a wide range of techniques to change these limitations.

Psychosocial counsellors, life and social counsellors, and coaches are also bound by confidentiality!

What is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP for short) is a collection of communication techniques and methods for changing psychological processes in people.

The term “Neuro-Linguistic Programming” is intended to express that processes in the brain (=neuro) can be changed with the help of language (=linguistic) on the basis of systematic instructions for action (=programming).

Among other things, it draws on concepts from client-centred therapy, Gestalt therapy, hypnotherapy and the cognitive sciences, as well as constructivism.

NLP was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s.
