“Highly Personal”:<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a young girl of about 15, I began to intensively explore the effect of our thoughts and our conscious and subconscious mind. At that time, I was in a relationship with someone who repeatedly went through depressive phases, and I searched intensively for causes and possibilities for improvement. I soon realized that this field is as infinite as it is highly fascinating. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

A few years later, my father became ill with cancer and I had no way of dealing with it. In my helplessness, I began to take an interest in healthy nutrition and lifestyle, as well as alternative healing methods. <\/p>\n

My father’s journey was marked by all the therapies that were common at the time. I found the setbacks after increasingly shorter intervals of an apparent “high” very stressful. Watching and being unable to help as a loved one loses not only their health but also their quality of life and ultimately must go was the phase in which I began to rethink everything in all directions. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Why are we in this world?<\/p>\n

What do I want to achieve?<\/p>\n

What do I want to leave behind?<\/p>\n

Is “our business” really the only important thing?<\/p>\n

These and similar questions occupied me greatly.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

I am in the fortunate position of coming from a family that sticks together. When seemingly nothing works anymore, they are by my side…uncomplicated and completely natural. That is of immeasurably high value and unfortunately less and less common these days. I am infinitely grateful for it! <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Even though I heard the saying “Everyone is the architect of their own fortune” early on, I will never forget when I learned that every change begins exclusively with myself, that I myself am the creator of my life and thus the only person who can make me happy or unhappy.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Throughout my life, I repeatedly reached personal limits, which in turn inspired me to search for new, viable solutions for myself, and I discovered each time what joyful impact and new possibilities can arise from this.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

In summary, one could say:<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was and continues to be about development, change, and so-called “human becoming.”<\/p>\n

All of this, in constant accompaniment and coached by colleagues, mentors, and friends whom I have come to greatly appreciate!<\/p>\n

Wonderful friendships have emerged from this, including a closer friendship with myself!<\/p>\n
